Release: By submitting your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, you have consented to having the Co-op Services Credit Union staff contact you if your entry should be selected as a winning entry. All video entries become the property of Co-op Services Credit Union and will not be returned. By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Co-op Services Credit Union and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Conditions:Co-op Services Credit Union reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Co-op Services Credit Union's reasonable control, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Co-op Services Credit Union in its sole discretion.

Limitations of Liability The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the "Get Down on Rates" sweepstakes.

Privacy: Co-op Services Credit Union will not share your name or information with any outside parties. Occasionally, Co-op Services Credit Union will e-mail you with information regarding the program. These e-mails will be informational in nature. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. Publicity: You agree that your participation in the promotion, and/or the acceptance of any prize, unless prohibited by law, also constitutes a grant to Co-op Services Credit Union of the right to print, publish, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter discovered and at any time, your name, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent. In particular, Co-op Services Credit Union reserves the right to publish your name and location (city and/or state of residence) in the event that you are a winner of a prize.

Eligibility: Co-op Services Credit Union's "Get Down on Rates" sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Timing: Sign-Up Period begins on July 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sign-Up Period.

How to Enter: Download the "Get Down on Rates" song and create a video utilizing the music. All videos must use the "Get Down on Rates" song in order to be eligible for voting. Upload your video entry to YouTube (click here for instructions), then visit www.downonrates.com and fill out the online sign-up form and include your YouTube video's URL in the entry. Submitted videos must not contain offensive material, violence, profanity, sex, nudity, or direct attacks on individuals or organizations. Everyone appearing in the video must have given his/her consent. Once you complete and submit the online registration form along with your video entry, your video will be reviewed to ensure that it meets the "Get Down on Rates" Sweepstakes' Terms & Conditions. If it meets the Terms & Conditions, it will be placed on the www.downonrates.com web site to be eligible for public voting. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. How to Vote: Each dance video submitted at www.downonrates.com that meets all terms and conditions and is posted to this site will be eligible for voting. Visitors to the Sweepstakes website (www.downonrates.com) will vote for their favorite video by submitting validation text and clicking on the VOTE button next to the video. Visitors are allowed one vote per day. Any attempt by a voter to submit more than the allowed number of votes by using manual or automatic methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Awards: The top 5 vote getting videos at the end of the voting period as defined in these Terms & Conditions will be placed into a random drawing to receive one $2,500 Visa® gift card. The Voting Period for the submitted Dance Videos begins July 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Voting Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Voting Period. All winning entries will be notified by October 30, 2010. Co-op Services Credit Union reserves the right to randomly select a winner if none of the entries received are judged to meet Terms and Conditions criteria.
